Counselor Requirements & Info (read carefully)

*Please note from our home page that we are only operational for 9 weeks from June 7 thru August 13, 2027. No Camp July 5 - 9.

• Counselors must be age 18+, have a High School Diploma/GED, and a valid Driver License.

• All Counselors are hired as contract workers working four (4) 10 hour weekday shifts per week starting at $20/hr.

• Counselors may be asked to work all 5 days if needed.

• Raises and Bonuses are available based on attendance and performance (applied at the discretion of the owner/director).

• This is an active camp where we walk A LOT. Counselors must be in decent physical shape.

• Must be CPR/First Aid Certified.

• Experience working with children ages 8-15 years is strongly preferred.

• Priority is given to applicants that can work the entire summer.

• College students seeking a career in education and teachers looking for a few extra $ on summer break highly encouraged to apply.

• Must be comfortable driving a 15 passenger van when needed.

• All counselors must attend a mandatory 8-hour orientation the Saturday before camp begins.
