Camp Schedules

(Daily & Weekly)

We will always try to stay true to the daily and weekly schedules as best we can, however, weather, unexpected venue closures, and/or other circumstances may cause us to substitute some activities for others. Typically, when we make a change due to weather, we will go to an arcade, bowling alley, a G-PG rated movie, or seek some other indoor destination. Parents will be informed when/if such substitutions have been made.

Daily Drop-off/pick-up location:

Dick Nichols District Park

Daily Schedule (8am-6pm):

8:00-9:00am; Drop-off (8:15 Early leave for Fiesta Texas) 9:00-9:45am; Travel to first destination (apply sunscreen) 10am-12pm; Play/explore at first destination 12:00-1:30pm; Lunch at first destination or nearby park 1:30-2:00pm; Travel to 2nd destination (reapply sunscreen) 2:00-4:30pm; Play/explore at 2nd destination 4:30-5:30pm; Travel home (Afternoon Snack) 5:30-6:00pm; Pick-up Time

This is our typical daily schedule, however, times may vary depending on travel distances, venue availability, traffic, weather, etc. Also, for some days, especially in our Theme Parks Camp, we will only be at one destination for the entire day.
